New Member orientation is two part. You must first attend a Membership meeting to pick up your packet and be sworn in as a member. The second part requires that you attend a Outdoor Range Qualification. The details of this event will be in your membership packet. Completion of this qualification is mandatory for Outdoor Range use. Membership meetings are shown on the calendar below. The meetings are usually the 3rd Monday of the month and followed by the Outdoor Qualification the following Saturday.


New Membership and Renewal Application
The New Membership and Membership Renewal Form are combined. The Form is available; CLICK THE MEMBERSHIP FORMS ICON ABOVE. Please discard any old forms.  The application can be viewed or printed online. Mailing of payment information is on the application.

CHECK MAILING; Checks should be made out to MWSA. Mail your completed application along with applicable payment and NRA ID copy to: MWSA, Attention Membership, PO Box 314, Barrington NH 03825.

NEW MEMBERSHIP. Membership runs from 1 Jan to 31 Dec. The months are not prorated. New Membership Applications taken in October will cover the balance of the year and the next membership year.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP expires on December 31st. If you have not renewed by the March 1st grace period, you will be dropped from active membership and required to join again, including orientation and qualification sessions. NRA Membership is mandatory. Include a copy of your NRA ID card with your application.

Work Program
The new Work Program form can be found in the “forms” section as well as details about MWSA’s Work Program requirements. Members are reminded that they must either turn in their completed Work Program forms or send an additional $35 with their membership renewal if they choose the buy-out option.

REFUND POLICY– this is the  policy for any refund requests as set by the Board of Directors’ on Nov. 7, 2016.


Club shirts and hats are now available. They can be purchased at some club activities and all Board and Member meetings. Thanks to Bob Sherwood for getting these items done. They are a new design.




Memberships, of any type, yearly – monthly – life – honorary, or any type of service sold to a member are “non-   transferable”, whole or in part, for any reason. Memberships cannot be resold, willed, donated, or given away as a gift. The membership is expressly for the person who applied and signed in acknowledgement of the terms and conditions.

The Club reserves the right to revoke the Membership of or deny access to the Premises to any Member who damages any Club property, behaves in a way that diminishes the enjoyment of other Members of visitors to the Premises or acts in a way that might bring the Club into disrepute, in each case without the Member being entitled to any refund of Membership Fees paid.
