Memberships, of any type, yearly – monthly – life – honorary, or any type of service sold to a member are “non-transferable”, whole or in part, for any reason. Memberships cannot be resold, willed, donated, or given away as a gift. The membership is expressly for the person who applied and signed in acknowledgement of the terms and conditions.

The Club reserves the right to revoke the Membership of or deny access to the Premises to any Member who damages any Club property, behaves in a way that diminishes the enjoyment of other Members of visitors to the Premises or acts in a way that might bring the Club into disrepute, in each case without the Member being entitled to any refund of Membership Fees paid.

Board of Directors Nomination Form: This form is to be used for members wishing to run for the Board of Directors and submitted no later than the close of the November Board of Director’s meeting.   Applying members are required to meet the following requirements:

1 – Must have two (2) consecutive and then current years of membership at Major Waldron Sportsmen’s Association.
2 – Must have completed the membership work requirement for his period.
3 – Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Program Form: Members are reminded that they must either turn in their completed Work Program forms or send an additional $35 with their membership renewal if they choose the buy-out option.

MWSA Work Form

Range Key Application Form: This form is used for a member to apply and qualify for access to the indoor range. Member must have completed 1 year of membership to be eligible for a key.

Event Schedule Application Form: Use this form to schedule an event with the club. Events must be scheduled NLT the first Monday prior to the event date.

Indoor Range Income and Expense Sheet: Use this form to track and record income and expenses for an event held in the Indoor Range.

Disciplinary Policy

Acts of aggression, verbal or physical abuse, intimidation, disorderly conduct directed at a Board Member or any member, by another member or guest of a member, or If a member’s actions or conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the club it shall be grounds for immediate suspension of any and all club privileges of that member, pending a Board review and further action taken as the Board feels is appropriate including permanent suspension of membership privileges.

Any such suspension shall be no less than thirty days (30 days), up to and including expulsion from the club. Any second violation shall constitute automatic permanent expulsion from the facility.
