RENEWING MEMBERS

Memberships are due by December 31st. The club MAY grant a short grace period but that is determined on a year-to-year basis and is not given. Failure to renew after the grace period (if granted) requires the member to rejoin as a new member at the current rates posted on our website.


INDOOR RANGE

You may include payment for your indoor range key code ONLY if you currently have an active code. If you have not completed the indoor range requirements (signatures, test, etc.) do not include payment until all the requirements are met. At that time you can submit the fee independent of your application.


WORK PROGRAM

Participation in the work program is mandatory for Individual and Family Primary members while Family Secondary members, MWSA Life, and Student members are exempt. This is an annual charge and is included in your membership fee. However, if you participated in any of the work parties and have the signed documentation you may deduct $10 per hour worked up to a total of $50 when renewing your membership in the following year.


NRA, USCCA.GOA or SAF REQUIREMENTS

NRA, USCCA, GOA, or SAF membership is required for all Individual, Family Primary, MWSA Life and Student members. Family Second members are exempt. A copy of your current membership card must be mailed in with your application. Life members only need to submit a copy with new MWSA membership application, it will be noted in our files and not required for renewals.

Membership runs from 01/01 - 12/31. The months are not prorated. New Membership Applications taken in October will cover the balance of the year and the next membership year.

Membership Cost

New Member Individual $225/Family $255 (Family includes only members living in the primary member’s household under the age of 18)

Renewal Membership Individual $165/Family $185

**NOTE: All members are all eligible to receive a $50 discount off any membership level by completing 5 volunteer “work hours” and turning in the form found below

MWSA New Member & Renewal Application Form Memberships, of any type, yearly – monthly – life – honorary, or any type of service sold to a member are “non-transferable”, whole or in part, for any reason. Memberships cannot be resold, willed, donated, or given away as a gift. The membership is expressly for the person who applied and signed in acknowledgement of the terms and conditions. The Club reserves the right to revoke the Membership of or deny access to the Premises to any Member who damages any Club property, behaves in a way that diminishes the enjoyment of other Members of visitors to the Premises or acts in a way that might bring the Club into disrepute, in each case without the Member being entitled to any refund of Membership Fees paid.
