STRAFFORD COUNTY 4-H SHOOTING SPORTS
New members will be accepted this September.
Major Waldron’s is proud to host the Strafford County 4-H “Projectiles.” We know that children who are trained in the proper handling and use of firearms are safer and more responsible than children who are not. The instructors are volunteers who are trained by 4-H, and who are dedicated to teaching children gun safety and enjoyments of shooting sports of all kinds.
1st and 4th Saturday of each month 8:00 AM until Noon

BSA VENTURE CREW 358
Barrington, NH’s Crew 358 meets the 1st & 4th Thursday of each month at Major Waldron Sportsmen’s Association. (You don’t need to reside in Barrington.)
You love exploring your passions, making new friends, and discovering the world. You’re always looking for an adventure. Rappelling a cliff. Perfecting your shot. Designing a robot. Kayaking into the sunset. Exploring your faith. Volunteering at an animal shelter. The choice is yours! Each activity provides an opportunity to shine and learn more about yourself and the world around you. Venturing is youth-led and youth-inspired. You’ll acquire life skills and gain experiences that will prove to be valuable regardless of where your future takes you, all while having a blast: leadership, event-planning, organization, communication, responsibility — the list goes on!
How will you lead the adventure?
Venturing is an inclusive program through the Boy Scouts of America for males and females aged 14-21 (or 13 and completed the 8th grade). It’s operated through Venturing Crews, units of youth and advisors that meet on set schedules and plan activities and events for youth like you!
